Based on the fact that still 48% of the world does not have access to proper internet communication we started a purpose driven quest. We created the ability for our customers to have human interactions with whom and wherever they want to communicate with, all from their Salesforce environment. This interaction is based on voice (calls) and SMS, which in the future will be extended with video or any other popular means that allows our customers to interact with their relations. This App focusses only on Salesforce, once again by choice, currently using Twilio as a default VoIP provider. Other VoIP providers can (and should) be used to provide redundancy. Because the App is Salesforce native it doesn’t have its own servers, avoiding this way an extra layer of complexity and error prone. We offer higher uptime than our main competitors due to these architectural choices.
